My room included central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. The personnel were friendly. That hotel was in a beautiful and marvellous location, in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's just off the market as well as the lake.

We had a standard queen room with a view to the lake. We had a microwave, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge in the room...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was stunning with beautiful views of the lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my room was clean throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were fantastic and allowed me to work out and relax. The breakfast was great, providing a wide variety of tasty options.

Not obvious to find: the charge for making a cup of coffee in the room was unexpected.

Stayed at the hotel by the lake. the room was well-designed with comfortable bedding and a spa-like bathroom. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the selection of delicious breakfast, particularly the freshly made omelets. the gym and swimming pool were fantastic.

The restaurant was a little pricey.

Spent Thanksgiving here with my family and it was a great experience. the views were stunning, especially the ones from our room. I also loved the fact that there was a small market inside the hotel where we could get some snacks and drinks.

The restaurant was a bit too pricey for us, and we would have appreciated some more affordable options for breakfast. the road outside the hotel was under construction and it was difficult to drive around.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and it was amazing! The views of the lake were breathtaking and the rooms were very nice, with comfortable beds and pretty decor. I especially loved the fact that there was a small market available on site, perfect for grabbing some snacks or drinks without having to leave the hotel. The location was perfect too, very close to town and all the attractions.

There were a few things that didn't go so well during our stay. The breakfast was a bit overpriced, and it would have been nice to have some more affordable options.

We were initially disappointed when we arrived at 3:45 pm and were told there was an error in our reservation and no lakeview room was available. However, the staff quickly offered us two drink coupons and apologized for the inconvenience. They also kept us informed about the status of our room and provided us with an alternative. The location of the hotel on the lake was breathtaking and created a romantic ambiance at night. The rooms were nice, and we enjoyed the amenities such as the pools and gym. The lounge area was great, and we appreciated the small market where we could grab some food. The food at the restaurant was delicious, albeit a bit pricey. our stay was enjoyable despite a few minor hiccups.

Beautiful lake location, nice rooms, great lounge area, convenient market, delicious food, good pools and gym.

Don't have any issues at all.
